How to Delete Your Account:
You can request account deletion directly within the Root5 App by navigating to Profile > Account Settings > Delete Account. Alternatively, you can submit an account deletion request through our web forms or email our support team directly at support@root5services.com.
Note: Once processed, this action is permanent. All active orders, credits, and address histories will be permanently deleted from our database in accordance with standard data retention regulations.
